When im playing tekkit about half an hour in my computer blue screen's and it turns off, could someone help me?

This ERROR other wise known as 'The Blue Screen of Death' usually occurs when a software is improperly installed to your computer and overrides it. Try and remember all of the latest things you have installed since this problem has been occurring and un-install them then re-install them but take your time and know what you are putting on your computer. If it has only happened once and it has only happened since you have got Tekkit, delete it and re-install it. Things could of bugged up in the process.

I started getting bsod when my ram sticks went funny and died on me.

Yeah, I get it sometimes and it's usually to do with my graphics card and when I'm playing games. bsod mostly occurs with corrupted/broken or improperly installed hardware in your computer.
