Alright, so what a lot of my friends including I were wondering is will gamertags in use on xbox 360 be available on xbox one?

For example, i have a banned account on 360 with a gamertag i would really like, would i be able to get it back on Xbox One since it will be new servers? Like if i got the console, made a new account and tried to get that gamertag would it work?

No it will be a "v1" just like you can't use a tag in use on the original Xbox
