So yah, in a little over a hundred games i went from bronze 5 to plat 5. Willing to give out any advice that i can help you guys climb. Thanks.

How did you get out of bronze? All my teammates end up sucking and feeding. Have lost the past 14 ranked games. ;(

You just gotta try and keep on going for it, if you can't get out then obviously your not supposed to get out of it, just keep on pushing and you'll get out of it eventually, although maybe your wrong if there are actual trolls. But if it really is in your mind that it is your team mates fault, then you just need to choose OP champs every time, and make sure you carry, and back door them whenever possible and push (use tf for example)

Bronze is essentially all mechanical skill (pretty much if you can outplay your lane opponent), its all about how well you can do against your lane. If you're on NA you can add me and i can help you .
