How do you make 62? My xbox won't allow me to create more than like 40 accounts. Then it says I need to delete old ones to create a new one. Is there some way around this?

I've got 2 hard drives to make them on
same as tht ive got three but i am using two which i transfered all of my data onto thew main one so when ive finishesd with the accounts i just format the whole hdd
