Hey guys i have set rpc.xex and jtagrpc.xex as plugin and im online and i cant get anytool to work i try using public rape tool and it connects fine and sets my gt but no menu?

You also need xbdm.xex as a plugin and you have to have xbox neighbourhood set up for your jtag

That also happens to me, must just be a bug.

make sure your console is set as the default console in xbox 360 neighborhood

I believe you need JTAGRPCv2.xex as a plugin as well as JTAGRPC.xex.
