ive got 94 ball control and my 1st touch is like a 47rated player
anyone else got this problem

You're not the only one. The touches awful. I really hope Pro Clubs gets a bit of a revision in FIFA 14. It needs improvement.

From my experience I think that it's to do with your match rating because I have the same problem
