That is utterly horrible that someone would do that to an animal. And it's even worse that he is not being punished for doing so.

I would bail him out then torture him.. Anybody who harms an innocent animal deserves to die or be tortured in my opinion.

Seem's that people care more about animal deaths than people deaths. Animals are just animals, nothing special.
