I know this sounds stupid but i forgot my email on a account that i made years ago and i don't have the profile on my xbox anymore.. is there any way to retrieve a email or something like Gamertag to Email grabber?

Call xbox support and give them the gamertag, they should be able to provide you with the email that you used to make it if you explain the circumstances.

They won't just give you the email. You're probably going to need the original console ID / Serial Number and maybe the original password.
