I would say no as it says in the specifications "3 PCI Express x1" which isn't the same as PCI-E Rev3/Rev2 so your card won't fit in the slot.

Thats hard, we can't tell because it doesnt say the psu wattage.

No, the card won't work because you only have PCIe x1 slots available for expansion and the card requires a PCIe x16 slot. If you have a x16 slot that you can free up in your system, then the card will work.

How exactly would I find out if I have a x16 slot to clear up?

Try and find a slot that looks like [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (the x16 one) it doesn't have to be yellow, just make sure it looks the same. If you have one of these it will fit. Then you'll have to tell us the wattage of your PSU.
