A little off topic but is there a way I can use my phone to make an wifi hotspot using an existing wifi hotspot? I want to be able to use ny xbox online but the wifi I pay for has a username and password sytem for using it and my xbox can't connect to that. Thanks

No. Using the personal hotspot on your phone uses your cellular (3G) data connection. You can't connect your phone to WiFi and then use it as a personal hotspot while connected.
