You won't get console banned for it.

There is a chance of being banned of course.
But it will only ban you test account not your xbox.
I would not recommend to do it.

When I modded my gamerscore to 75 000, the only thing that happened was a reset.
I logged on 2 days after with 0 gamerscore and the gamerzone said: "Cheater" instead of "Recreation"
I also added a year to the crown and changed my avatar to pink skin and stuff like that, but that didn't get removed.
I don't need any msp btw.

you wont get banned you could but you probably wont i did the same thing on my account and its not banned and its been awhile and no they wouldnt console ban you.

It will just ban for a few days and reset that account nothing else

Go for it.

Modding your tenure (crown), is an instant perma ban on your account. Modding your gamerscore to 400, most likely will get your gamerscore reset in the future, unless you get other achievements.

I modded mine on a test account to 1500, from 0, it took 3 months, then they reset it.

Rep, I don't know about. I wouldn't mod rep, no one else can see it, and it's crap anyway. It's pointless taking the risk.
