I had my wisdom teeth pulled and haven't played xbox in a while and decided I should buy one to have something to do. I finally bought a slim, upgrading from my broken old xbox 360 pro. I just license transferred but it's going to take a while to download and stopped me because I had so much on wait to download. My question is can I go play some games and let it all download tonight, or will I lose the opportunity to add all the other DOC I haven't selected yet. My friend said if I leave the page or turn xbox off I will lose anything I haven't selected.

You can play single player games and on Slims when you shut the console off it still downloads so if you go to bed at night and turn your console off it will still download so yeah you can play single player ganes as long as they dont have leaderboards that makes them use internet

Okay. So if I go play say.. Darksiders 2 and come back later I can add more to license transfer?

Good way to tell is if your in a game. Press guide and go to the downloads bit. It they are not downloading, try another game.

As long as the game doesn't have a Online Feature yes.

Once you click license transfer it automatically adds every license you have on that account regardless of what you choose to download.
