If you don't want to overclock, just get the cheapest one with the features you want on it. I like ASUS boards myself for the build quality. If you want to do overclocking but dont want to spend much a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 is good, or for ten pounds more the non-LE version of that board you already have could handle a little overclocking.

So I changed them a bit again, I picked one with a cheaper case and kept one the same, but I am not really planning to OC anytime.

So if like you said Buxtyy then this should be ok?

I meant the UD3 not the DS3 but the second link you did should be okay. Remember you when you do want to overclock, if you do want to raise the voltage at all you'll need am aftermarket cooler.

The second one will only be better if you plan to overclock. If not then buy the first one and spend the money on the nicer case.
