I'm about to make an account put gold on it and mod it to get 9 crown and rep.
Any ideas about what will happen?

Don't attempt it.

It's not worth a perma banned just to mod your Xbox crown.

Any form of modding is taken seriously on Xbox. Modding your tenure or gamer score can result in a permanent ban. I highly suggest not doing it.
