I am going to be upgrading my GPU at christmas time and i am not sure what GPU to get.
Now i have a Nvidia GTX 650 Ti 1GB and i am thinking of buying an Nvidia GTX 780 3GB.

my question is, would it be worth just buying another GTX 650 Ti so i would have 2 graphics cards (or maybe three), or would it be better for my gaming fps if i sold my 650 Ti and bought a new GTX 780

i want to have a faster and more powerful setup to run the new games coming out smoothly and at ultra graphics


my setup now:
CPU: Intel i5 3570k 3.4GHz (overclocked to 4.3GHz)
GPU: Nvidia GTX 650 Tu 1Gb
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz 8Gb (2x4Gb)
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LX
PSU: 500W ( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) bad i know

Hope someone can help me

780 all the way. not a doubt in my mind unless you get three 650's lol but thats retarted

Before buying the 780, you WILL need a new PSU. I'd suggest a Rosewill HIVE 650W or an XFX pro series 650W.

780 all the way, and yes, you will need a new PSU (at least 600W).

The 780 is relatively light on power and the rest of your system is as well, so a good 550w unit would be ideal.

I seriously recommend the XFX 550W it will be powerful enough to run most cards.

The 780 is a brilliant card.

It is. However, for $10 extra, it makes sense to leave an extra 100 watts for future upgrades.
