"1. Once the file has been download, place it onto the root of your HDD.
2. After that load up Dashlaunch 3.7 ( Easily found on google ) And go to plugins. Set XBLStealth.xex as plugin one.
3. Once that has been set restart your console.
4. On first boot/connect your console will hard reset the reason being as this is spoofing the mac address.
5. Your console will then shutdown again DO NOT touch it. After a few seconds your console will boot itself.
6. You are connect to E-XBLS!"
When I restart my xbox for part 3 it boots up and goes to dashboard but it does not go into the hard rest
Why is this happening?

I think it means you cant connect to EXBLS ATM. The server is very unstable.

If it goes to dashboard that usually means you have liveblock enabled in DashLaunch settings, if you couldn't connect to the server you get stuck at the boot logo.

befor mine use2 stay at boot screen for few minits then turn off was on afew days ago but had 2restart just been cutting off some times b4 logo up hope this server gets sorted but guess is quit alot to ask for free least some ppl managed get online

If it turns off but doesn't reset you are going to have to use the 1USB method to fix it.
