Hey TTG I'm on Windows 8 and my GTA 4 won't start it's stuck at the loading screen with all the characters Please Help

Have you tried running it in Windows 7 compatibility mode.

Also Run as admin

If you torrented it I had the same problem. Look up GTA ^^NosTEAM^^ It works very well.
