3.6 GHz is a steady clock speed, but the A6 isn't the strongest APU/CPU.
Also if you plan on gaming the GT 620 isn't the greatest either, it was more intended for HD movies.
What do you mean the PC was 1.3k and you have 2k?

It costs 1.3k so after buying I would have 700 not to clear soz, but I have no clue about p.c's so yeah if u know and sites that could help it would be appreciated

I hope your talking about 1.3k eggs.
If that PC cost you $1300 you got done big time.
A6 APU and a GTX 620 for $1300, it doesn't make sense at all.
