You have exbls or xbls on your jtag it's trying to use the plugin but can't because it can't find an Internet connection try resetting Internet and Check all Internet cords if it then jtag starts loading to boot logo and doing a hard reset its because the servers are down or full in which case you have to press the eject button on your Xbox right after you power the Xbox on this will bypass the dashlaunch plugin and allow you to use your jtag like normal


Step1 check Internet connections if its not doing a hard reset right away this is the most likely solution

Step2 If that doesn't turn your Xbox on and press the eject button it will load past boot logo once it does don't sign into an account unless its a silver account go to xex menu and check all your plugins in dashLaunch xbls.xex has to be set as plugin 1 make sure you have live block and live stong disabled and you save the launch file now reset your jtag.

Step3 If all above failed well then their servers are down in which case your ****** until they're back up,Btw nice waste of money you know you can get it free now?why pay for something that's free idk that just might be me tho.Hope I helped if not then well you know

when wont it be down and how will i found out if it is up?

only way to find out when server is back up is you can ask around see if anyone knows if server is down but best thing is to wait

hard reseting a jtag is reflashing it

The website is up, so I would assume that the server should be up as well.
