Well recently I ordered a brand new IPod touch 5th gen 32 gb my old ones wifi stopped working, I had bought a lot of apps and was wondering if they would all sync over to the new one with the same apple I'd and or iCloud..??? As I said I cannot connect to wifi any more... Soooo.

Yea man, all you should really have to do is go on your old ipod's settings and go to "Icloud" and then hit restore!then just go on itunes and the restore!

just log into your apple id on your new one and go to purchased it comes up with the apps you have downloaded it should say not on this ipod and download them then hope this helped!

If you have the apps synched on iTunes then yes.

Plug the iPod In
Go To itunes
go to your library
click on apps
and sync them
