Need a mw3 XRPC program with the .xex and .dllPosted:

Need a mw3 XRPC modding program, XRPC.xex and XRPC.dll that are matched up for the program. Thanks. (And yes i have tried too find a download-link that contains The XRPC Program. XRPC.xex and XRPC.dll so i can connect to the program and set the XRPC.xex as a pluggin. Any help will matter, thanks.

Ps. I have looked for alot off mw3 xrpc programs but there isn't a single one that conatained the program, .xex and .dll files. What i have seen.

Comes with the following:

    JTAGRPCLIB.dll
    JTAGRPCv2.xex
    mw3msgs.txt
    xdevkit.dll
    xdrpc.dll


Can't download it says: "File Blocked for Violation." wtf?
