Budget i have is 600-700 pound.
I am using it for minecraft to run smoothly.
Also a good graphics card in it.
I am also going to start GFX so i need the computer to still run fast and smoothly.
I am also going to get a elgato game capture so i will have the software you get with it.

Or would this PC run all of the above?

The computer in the link will do everything you want, however 700-800 pounds is alot just to play minecraft and do some amateur graphics design. The computer in the link is still over priced but it would be better for you than spending 800 pounds to fill such a light role.

Sorry I was assuming the old adage that pounds were roughly half the amount of dollars, I just calculated the difference and 600$ isn't a bad deal its definitely a good start, I could try to build you a better deal but for simplicity sake you may want to just get the pre-built computer.
