Why get an overpriced Titan when you could get the fastest card on the market? The 7990.
While the 7990 is a great card, benchmarks show that it lacks majorly. Especially when put against the Titan. Even overclocked, the Titan beats the 7990. Obviously, it depends on the build and the price range. I myself would love to have a Titan if I had the money. And this guy has the money!
But either way, both are amazing cards and will do what you want them to do. Just know that some lack in areas that others exceed in best! It all comes down to opinions when you're looking at the top market cards.

Well not exactly. If you haven't heard the Radeon HD 7990 is the "Fastest" card on the market and right now for it's price it beats the Titan and 690. If will over rule any titan build.
