can you still boot xell with the eject button? if so reflash the console with original nand.bin or a working freeboot image. if not lpt spi reader/programmer will be need to fix. if you updated from m$ a dash new then your jtag freeboot.bin image then your **** bro. if the update failed then possible to fix. check xell first and reply.
