Yeah well this year near the end of the school year this kid was picking on me but i didn`t think much of it till he grabbed me by neck and started pinching/choking me and it hurt bad but i wasn`t going to let him beat me up so up just grabbed him (on his shirt) then pushed him away from me then the day after that his mom called the principal because there were "scratches" on his neck and i didn`t see anything, i got in trouble and the principal called my mom and my parents were so mad at me and they didn`t believe that i didn`t scratch him which i don`t think i did, and basically they believed the kid who picked on me over me, and just a little add on my brother recently got a job and my mom said he used all his money and my dad didn`t believe that so he told me to get his wallet and i did but he told me i better not ever steal his money and i don`t even know why he would think i would do such a thing, thats the end of my rant and thanks for reading all of it!

Even if you didn't "Scratch" him, you still physically assaulted him, witch is a crime in California. Its Called "Battery"

PC242. A battery is any willful and unlawful use of force or violence
upon the person of another.

I understand how you feel, my parents never trusted me as a kid ether. My mom use to hide her purse ad night Lmao. But they will always love you.

But, you forgot to put in when he got Attacked, so it really isn't battery unless if it was against the guy that had attacked him.

Where im from that's called Self Defense. just tell them you were getting attacked and that should have summed it up right? -Beneath

But you didnt know this

PC242.5

Self defencse is defined as the three listed below:

reasonably believe that you are in imminent danger of being killed, seriously injured, or unlawfully touched,

believe that immediate force is necessary to prevent that danger, and

use no more force than necessary to defend against that danger.

I would consider your story self defense and that's a reasonable excuse in most states...but only if you can prove he attacked you first.

I don't understand why you all are saying about self-defense.

It was a little school "fight." There is no self-defense in school fights. You're going to get in trouble no matter what.
