Where i am from, self defense fits the story.He is defending himself from a crime. Its under California Penal Code Sections 240-248

Self defense:
"reasonably believe that you are in imminent danger of being killed, seriously injured, or unlawfully touched, "

Unlawfully touched is defined in Section 242 as "Battery"
A battery is any willful and unlawful use of force or violence
upon the person of another.

Well I dont know what to say about your post besides next time if he does it again hit him in the face and I bet he wont do it again and even if your parents act mad they will be proud that you stood up for your self.

yeah well my parents were mad but my dad wasn`t as mad as my mom because my dad always said its alright to defend myself so my mom got so mad she like grounded my and stuff but my dad said i stood up for myself so he said i could still play and stuff, and btw i can`t help but think the DOT at the end of your name mean Door of time

Well basically anyone who touches you first as in hits or anything and you dont like that you have the right to put your hands back on him.

I did read the post. The fight happened in school, there were no cops involved (from my understanding), so it's up to the school on what type of discipline he'll receive. There'd be no point in even trying to say it was self-defense.

Dang a 4 year member dont see many of those but yeah its nice to see people agree with me rather than bringing up the law lol
