You can use Speccy, that will show you temperatures of your motherboard, CPU, GPU, Hard drives and maybe RAM if it has a sensor.
If you mean the temperature inside the case of your PC, not individual parts I would recommend buying a thermometer.

if you put butter on your gpu if it melts its hot and you should buy a new gpu.

Speccy is great for measuring temps on your components. It's very useful.
