I think it looks a bit to crwoded and to much going on,but thats just my opinion.

Bit odd looking...

Instead of crowding your image with objects. Try just one or two objects that are correctly blended and work on your lighting.

The alien at the front is exactly the same size as the other alien way behind. Things like this that just don't make sense ruin the concept.

There's way too much going on in the scene. I'd say keep the 3 aliens in the front, delete the rest. Keep the main UFO and the one to the right, and delete the rest of the flying objects. After that, add some shadowing. The image looks very flat. Maybe editing the aliens a bit with warping. The sky also seems a bit bright, try replacing it, or moving it to another layer and editing it. After that, the image should look descent, maybe play with the coloring.
