For me I think they are:
TitaniumBackup
ClockworkMod
Greenify
ROM Toolbox
And of course SuperSU

I have heard of and used all of the ones you listed at somepoint!
A few I like are:
Safestrap for my Droid Razr
Sd Speed increase
Pimp my Rom
Wifi Kill
Wifi key recovery!
Not must haves but they do come in handy!

Wifi Kill is awesome, but I didn't mention it due to the legality issues surrounding it. Too bad the dev dropped it though. It had lots of potential but too many people were trying to get an illicit .apk and he dropped it.

Bootloader wroteI wasn't sure if I should have posted it either but I do use it around the house to see what is connected and uses the Wifi! It's handy for killing devices when the Wifi is running slow so i just added it in since its something i use often! I didn't the dev had dropped it though! That's kinda disappointing! A few more bug fixes and that would have been the perfect app!-Ben- wrote I have heard of and used all of the ones you listed at somepoint!

I really like it, but I was reading on XDA and the dev said he was dropping it due to the high amount of leechers, and people whining about why it wasn't free.
