I have recently made it into platinum division however i am struggling to level up. When i win a match I am getting 10 ladder points and at most 30. Every loss i have i lose 130-150, i am getting nowhere. I started at rank 15 now im at 45. Why am i getting so low amount of points.
P.S It doesnt help when half my team backs out during the the loading screen and I am stuck playing with half a team.

Because you are playing against people who aren't that great that you should be winning against. That's why you only get 10 points and lose a lot more. You'll get a lot of points when you play against high platinums and masters.
