When i go into theatre mode to view films of matches it says my profile is not permitted to do so!!! same problem with the file share anybody please tell me wots wrong?

Were u halo 3 file share perma banned? Have u played it on a jtag? Have u been consol/profile banned?

I never played halo 3 and i have only played reach on my retail on my main account whicj has never been banned
