I have a few questions for you

I am very interested in music and love hearing bands play and their songs. I was going to make a website but their are a lot of variables to deal with. I expect medium traffic (way less than the tech game receives.) But I had a few questions and I would be so grateful if you could answer them for me? If you can't tell me or you don't know its all cool just point me in the right direction.

What website or domain do you use to host?

What kind of forum is it? Like phpbb3 or Concrete 5? or what?

How much do you pay yearly to keep the server up?

Do I NEED a bandwith with no limit?

If I were to put up this website would anyone be willing to help me put it up change logos and other begginner stuff? I know somewhat how to work a new website but what gets me is changing the files or the html coding or the file for the information related to pictures and backgrounds etc.
