I have an old pc and the button on the pc is broken so i cant open the tray for where the cd goes in , i can only open it up by doing it on the komputer. Today i wanted to download dome cartoons off youtube for my brother , so I did , then i tried to burn them on a cd , i didnt work for some reason , after trying diffrent cds ect i gave up , so i wanted to take out the cd like i did 5 times just beofore that and whne i rigth click the tray thing it it doent open ans that windows 7 blue circle and it just says the is a preblem , i can shut down or wait bla bla bla , and then everything shut does and all i see is my wallpaper. i tried turning off and on and going into the backup system but nothing work... I don't know what to do ? PLEASE HELP PLEASE

this doesn't make much sense, you say you are able to restart your system so why are you going into the backup center? If that was a spelling mistake and you meant to say "can't" then i presume you aren't able to use your PC, in that case find someone who can supply you with factory restore disks for your PC and the correct drivers.

Ask wherever you bought it from for them to fix it

m8 it worked ? my pc is like 4 years old , i was used 3time in a row and the 4th time it just did that ?
