It's ok if you don't plan on gaming on it.

The 6670 isn't a strong card at all.

Upgrade your CPU and gpu if you plan on gaming you may need to up your budget or lower things like your sound card

dont need to buy a windows os if you have another computer and 8gb flash drive which you should have the computer already and i would get 120mm fans instead of 70mm not much cost for fans and i would probably get a apu if i were you on a $500 budget go watch austin evans on youtube he has alot of budget build videos and other tech vids also
