Basically this is what the Cheating Pool is:
If you mod GTA V, you will be thrown into a cheaters pool where you can only play with other modders.
My guess is what they are going to do is see what modders they can catch, put them into a server until the game is full of 16 modders, then get them banned.
Even if people manage to mod GTA V months after the release date, what Rockstar are doing to prevent modders from ruining games is great!

I like that, don't have to deal with mods as most of the modders are annoying.

Took me to an error page, but then modders will still mod with other modders.

I bet someone, somewhere will still find a way around it. Unless Rockstar has this game on absolute lockdown

To be honest, it sounds like fun. It's also great that Rockstar have stopped banning players from their games, instead they just have to play with their own kind.

That's really cool.
The only reason people mod on GTA is to make themselves feel like they're superior to anybody because they can mod. With this feature they will just feel bored that they meet up with games that are already modded.

Thats cool. They also did that with Max Payne 3, so i am guessing it is going to be in there future games. It still allows modders to mod. But not in the way that is game ruining.
