It will run Cod and Minecraft with high fps and at high settings in 1920x1080.

Yeah it will but your best bet is to build it yourself. Its more cheaper and you feel like you have achieved something when you have built it yourself.
But if you do buy this computer make sure you upgrade the GPU.

Your fps won't be very good, and you will probably tun on low to medium settings, it has a radeon 6450, which is terrible, for that price you should build your own.

It should run Minecraft with no problems but other games may be a problem. The 6450 isn't the best of GPUs for gaming so you will struggle with other games. You should just build your own pc on a budget like this, instead of buying a prebuilt with a 6450.

graphics card is terrible, will run minecraft, I wouldn't expect it to run COD

I just recently built a complete pc. AMD A8-6600K (3.9 quad core base, 4.2 Turbo), 8 GB ram, EVGA GeForce GTX 650, case, motherboard and power supply for exactly $508.18. Moral of the story, build it. So much more power for such less money.

cod and minecraft will run fine high defo!, But learn about building you could change parts to your needs more.
