i dont get what the loot bag does it said i get a red dot sight and a mask but how do i get em in game yes i downloaded it already.... :/

The mask is in your inventory, just scroll to masks. There'll be a skull one then a I <3 Overkill pattern.
The red dot is on all rifles by default other than the starter gun as far as I know.
