I've looked and can't find a solution. When rebooting the Jtag after setting the plugins, it crashes at logo and won't reboot by itself as the tutorial states.

Server is Overwhelmed. Too many people are trying to connect. The best time to connect is early in the morning. I say at about 5 or 6 O'Clock

yes that does as so if the server is down that makes that happen also

Project Vapor isn't fake, he changed the IP to connect to his own server, not the E-XBLS one. It's not overwhelmed, I can connect completely fine even after resetting multiple times.

no matter what server it is only some will be able to use it and get on online face the facts exbls is up same with vapor just hard to get on

It's because your mac address failed to spoof. There's a couple solutions to fixing it.

You have to spoof your mac address. Sometimes it doesn't do it for you. I would google it.
