Make sure you are host, and then open the menu, go on online players, and on one of the mods, it should say improve rank, rank up, or give money,and just keep pressing a on it to rank them up

u have to be host to give rank ten then u go to the player options then click on the name and press give money, or rank up but there are better mods then Dark smokes 4.0 but they are still good add my gt MR CHOW GAmEz and i will give u the newest mods

go on death match on ranked games wait for them to join and give them loads of money and they can be in the same team as you and you must be host of the game

Yeah I understand that part it's just I search a ranked game and we are both sat in the b
Lobby and it says "game needs more players" I've been waiting ages for other people to balance out teams.

u don't have to as long as it is ranked u will be fine
