I am trying to change my ip with at & t but almost impossible. I tried uplugging it etc, using /rease /renew. I tried doing the MAC spoofing on my computer but I was confused on how to use it and messed up my internet for a bit. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions?AT&T assigns static IP's that are assigned off the modems HFCMAC and not the Routers Mac address.
though not as technically stated, AT&T agrees
