Picking a top of the line motherboard is a bad decision imo, could've got a cheaper board and invested the money in a better gpu.

You should also switch to Haswell, grab a 4670k. This will involve changing the motherboard aswell.

Spend less on the cooler, motherboard, and CPU and spend more on your graphics card. The 650 is a mediocre card.

This will be better for gaming and most other things.

Plus im not 100% sure a mini ITX board would fit in the Phantom case.

It's a low-end card and it has no business being in a $1000 gaming build.

True, its not high end but it handle most game son med-high settings so for a 500- 700$ build it would be good.
