Im against this being considered manslaughter on the websites behalf, if she really didn't like the comments then she could have just as easily turned the computer off as opposed to keep reading the anonymous comments being posted towards her, I consistently receive bad comments over xbox live threatening my family and wishing their deaths... its the internet, you cant take things so literal, anyone on this website HAS experienced hate on the internet and I don't think that they care about it because it is the internet, In my opinion the weak minded and weak willed people shouldn't use these sites because they evidently cant handle the heat.

To be honest It may not of been just Ask.fm. She could of also had problems to blame outside of the web school, family or maybe she thought to much of the out come of things. She sent bad messages to herself on ask.fm so she obviously didn't take it well. I'm just saying it may of not of just been ask.fm. R.I.P

1)she shouldnt have made the account
2)She was insecure anyway
3)Its just words on a screen
4)She could have deactivated the account

And thats bullsh*t if her dad wants to charger ask.fm owner with manslaugter cause he has nothing to do with it!!!

EDIT: I saw in The Sun i think it was that 98% of those messages sent was from her or someone in her house cause it said ask.fm traced all the anons and 4 were actual people and the other 98% of the msgs were from her ip

Tbh if shit bothers you over the Internet then for real you need a life. And ask.fm really can you even get bullied on a radio streaming site I didn't even think it had a chat box
