Have you tried making the text bold in like MS Word and copying and pasting it into C++ ?

You can't necessarily make text bold, but you can change the font and fontscale to make a larger, bolder font.

how do i change the font botch??

Well your method for setting text probably has a uint/int for font, so change that number.
