Glad I'm not the only one who thought this but it doesn't necessarily mean that it will look the same as before, not sure if the main characters houses will be there from San Andreas

To me it doesnt even look like CJ's house is even present, It looks like its been destroyed cause I think that what you think is the house is actually the garage for the house next door.

Since GTA V and GTA SA are set in different universes (GTA 3 Universe and GTA IV Universe) I cannot see the characters returning so I believe that is why grove street looks different, it's as if the GTA SA characters never existed.

Could be and also there is a huge time gap between GTA SA and GTA 5 so anything could of changed
