I hate it when people ruin the credibility of aliens with these kind of posts, all these have explanations behind them from simple google searches, it makes people who believe in aliens such as bacteria on Europa seem like tin foil loons.

If they're smart enough to travel to other planets then I'm sure they're smart enough to learn about who we are as a race before coming down and saying "We come in peace" or any other cliche saying.

Aliens can't speak English so how could they be able to say We Come In Peace. English is a made up language on 'Earth' not space.
