its only a concept, the background color is to show the contrast and color difference of all the colors on the logo itself. on the actual logo if i decide to use it it will probably be 3D

I would say remove the Triangle points at the bottom - Makes it look more clean in my opinion! Hope this helps!

too me it looks like you never even thought of a design and were being lazy an creating random rectangles ..

well thats my oppinion
