will the ps4 have skype or some type of party chat? and if so, do you think that people will be able to talk to users that play on the xbox one using skype?

Yeah, I'm sorry but Skype and twitch are made by Microsoft. Imagine if Microsoft and Sony allowed each other to use each other"s software and products.

there will be party chat and skype, the ps vita has skype the ps3 has skype the ps4 will also have it.

I cannot see PS4 having Skype because Microsoft own it, maybe in few years possibly but not any time soon I would imagine.

The PS3 doesn't have skype and neither will the PS4 now Microsoft own it.
