Project Razor s newest patch or black and yellow v3 because it has pick your prestige and more infection choices then amber and others.

Black and yellow. It is VERY stable rarely lags out.

Black and Yellow v3 is the most stablest Menu on the content, also following by Back in Time v2. That's my opinion, others may occur.
