Redeem all those codes now and they will carry over when you transfer your 360 account to your One. This also works with Microsoft points/new currency system. I believe the membership is cross compatible so if you ever want to play one of your 360 games one day you can.

I feel like it's not because xbox 360 and xbox one is completely different, therefore they will probably use different codes when entering the code.

if you cant then just put em all on an account then recover that account on the xbox one
