I have created a account and everything i need to do*

One thing i am not to sure of is, when i load FS3 Where my IP is suppost to be i dont have a IP adress there it says N/A. Now this is the important bit. My Router is downstairs, i dont have a way in connecting my JTAG to my router Via Ethernet, but i do have another Xbox that connects to the router wirelessly, am i able to plug my jtag to my normal xbox? Im sure the IP Is the problem.

you must either put a wireless adapter into your jtag, or connect via ethernet to get your ip

If you have a laptop you could put an Ethernet cable in the back of your Xbox then the other end into your laptop, after that you could then connect the laptop to the router and bridge the connections

Ok sorry to bump buys, i now have a IP adress ,but im trying to port forward ,but i still cant connect! i get a Fail on the Test, and when i try to login to my account, the console freezes for like a second then continues to run ,but doesnt say im linked or anything ?

Just enable UPnP on your router and enable UPnP in the LiNK settings.
